The talent acquisition associate will search, identity, screen, and present good candidates for technology positions, collaborating with hiring managers.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled and review job descriptions for vacancies
2. Assist with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions
3. Perform candidate searches to create a working list of suitable candidates
4. Identify appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through a review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication
5. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities
6. Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
7. Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates
8. Draft recruitment advertisements emailer open positions
9. Maintain contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications
10. Perform other related duties as assigned
Skills & Requirements:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Excellent interpersonal skills
3. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
4. Highly energetic and motivated individual
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 10%
