Key responsibilities:

1. Interact with HR heads, founders, and hiring managers on a daily basis
2. Drive the revenue for the company by driving closer to open roles at the client's end
3. Screen the candidates by calling and understanding their fitment in the role
4. Understand the roles, business model, and candidates' profiles efficiently
5. Work in stakeholder management & client success management
