1. Supporting various business verticals to recruit the required manpower on the Pan-India level
2. Coordinating with the head of the department regarding a job opening
3. Sourcing the candidates from job portals/references/social networking sites; screening profiles, conducting telephonic interviews,s and shortlisting candidates
4. Scheduling interviews of the shortlisted candidates with the clients
5. Working on post-recruitment coordination & negotiations with candidates and clients
6. Conducting vigorous following up with clients & candidates till the date of joining
7. Maintaining a database of resources, and preparing MIS reports (daily, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annually)
