Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct the initial screening of candidates through various job portals
2. Work on bulk hiring
3. Conduct the initial telephonic interview round & schedule the face-to-face round of interviews
4. Work on the documentation and filing of new joiners
5. Deal with recruitment & documentation of new joiners

Requirements:

1. MBA(HR) is a must
2. Freshers or (0-6) months of experience in the same
3. Good in both verbal and written communication
4. Highly motivated and self-driven
5. Should be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
6. Fast learner
