Key responsibilities:
1. Participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of recruitment plans and strategies
2. Utilize effective sourcing techniques to identify and attract potential candidates
3. Pre-screen, review and evaluate applicants
4. Facilitate the selection process, including conducting interviews, tests and assessments
5. Monitor the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives and make constant improvements
6. Develop a network of external recruiters to source hard-to-reach candidates
7. Maintain records of activities and progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
8. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process
