Key responsibilities:

1. Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle
2. Sourcing candidates via different portals
3. Maintaining the Database on a daily basis
4. Achieving daily submittal targets and maintaining a good submittal-to-interview/placement ratio
5. Coordinating with the hiring manager in charge of the role to ensure a continuous flow of the process.
6. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
