Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
2. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
3. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
4. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our applicant tracking system
5. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements

Preferred Skill Sets:

1. Proven experience as a recruitment specialist, recruiter or similar role
2. Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Naukri, Shine, and more
3. Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.
4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems

Prerequisites for applying for the position:

1. Are available for full-time in-office employment (Office Location - Kurla, Mumbai)
2. Can work from the office and can join immediately
