Key responsibilities:
1. Engage with the client, interact and understand client requirements, and scoop out the key specifications from either HR or the hiring managers
2. Map and source using your networking, searching and referencing/mapping skills
3. Interview the candidates on call both voice and video and find out fitment
4. Create assessment reports
5. Engage with the candidates and clients and make the match happen
6. Work on guiding and mentoring team members when needed & participating in training programs
7. Work on the recruitment management software
8. Comply with the organization s rules and regulations
KRAs:
1. Meet the service delivery targets in terms of response time, quality, budget adherence, etc.
2. Meet revenue targets
3. Maintain compliance with processes and systems
4. Achieve high scores in VOC (voice of customers)
