About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on end to end recruitment
2. Manage the recruitment cycle for sourcing talent for our clients
3. Connect with candidates using various recruitment techniques (job portals, social media platforms, referencing, headhunting)
4. Explain the job profile to candidates and obtain confirmation from the candidate
5. Schedule and coordinate interviews

Requirements:

1. Only female candidates
2. Any candidate with 0 to 1 year of experience
3. Any candidate in between Virar to Andheri
4. Work location: Mira Road

Note: On-the-job training will be provided
