1. Working on end-to-end recruitment
2. Handling the complete recruitment life cycle i.e. from understanding the job description to sourcing candidates from various sources (job sites, headhunting platforms, emails, references, internal databases) coordination of interviews, reference checks, salary negotiations, post-offer process, and final joining
3. Sourcing and sending CVs on a daily basis to our clients for the mandates assigned to you
4. Interviewing candidates on the suitability of the profile for the company's requirements based on their experiences in the industry, skills, assignments handled, and communication skills
5. Working on telephonic/video screening of applicants to assess - technical competence, credentials, attitude
6. Being the point of contact with the client and servicing their mandates in a professional approach
7. Uplifting the image of the organization and discharging all professional responsibilities within a defined timeframe and process
