Talent Management- Student Outcome Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Leading the entire talent management cycle and developing the talent
2. Understanding student behavior and gathering information to make suggestions on student s progression
3. Planning workshops and competitions for students to improve their technical and interpersonal skills
4. Defining the key student metrics and making sure they are being followed by the established goals
5. Independently handling planning, implementing, and overseeing soft skill and personality training of the students
6. Analyzing and monitoring the mentoring/training needs of the placement-ready students and supporting them in placement conversion
7. Conducting company-specific interview training to maximize the conversions

4. Resume writing, interview preparation, and job retention skills and attitudes
5. Demonstrates understanding of employability skills, life skills, and procedures with an understanding of various teaching methods

Eligibility:

1. Any graduate/post-graduate
2. 0-2 years of experience
