4. Defining the key student metrics and making sure they are being followed by the established goals
5. Independently handling planning, implementing, and overseeing soft skill and personality training of the students
6. Analyzing and monitoring the mentoring/training needs of the placement-ready students and supporting them in placement conversion
7. Conducting company-specific interview training to maximize the conversions
