About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Act as the initial point of contact for all related concerns from clients
2. Address technical issues and coordinate between the clients and our quality analysis team
3. Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
5. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
6. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time responsibly


1. Candidates with any bachelors degree
2. Prior experience in technical support for about 6 months to 1 year (required)
3. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
4. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
5. Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
6. Proficiency in MS Office
7. Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
