Must have knowledge of computer networking
Should be able to provide support over the telephone
Should keep mail correspondence on a regular basis
Must have knowledge about remote desktop support tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.
Preferable to have knowledge of configuring and maintaining MikroTik or similar routers
Prior work experience as network support in an ISP environment is preferred
Should be creative and an efficient problem solver
Good communication skills.
Should preferably be living in the Eastern Suburbs of Mumbai
Should be able to commute daily to our office in Mulund (East)
Comfortable working in the morning or evening shift
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,10,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 10%
3. Other incentives: 10%
