Key responsibilities:

1. Understand the software architecture and configuration of the product to match customer requirements
2. Handle clients and communicate client s requirements to internal teams.
3. Coordinate with respective stakeholders and provide technical assistance to clients within SLA
4. Help customers generate reports and offer thorough expertise to customers on the product and its usage
5. Document the client s requirements and get a sign-off
