Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead specializing in Python to join our team at Jio. This Senior-level position requires a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of work experience. The job location is flexible, with opportunities in Mumbai, Delhi, and Gurgaon. This role is full-time and involves coordinating project efforts, code reviews, and providing technical leadership.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience with at least 7-10 years of work in software development, ideally in a technical leadership role
Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in creating robust and scalable applications
Expertise in POWERSHELL (Mandatory skill)
Experience with Kubernetes (Mandatory skill)
Proficiency in managing Docker containers (Mandatory skill)
Solid understanding and hands-on experience in project management
Experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality standards
Strong team leadership skills, capable of mentoring and guiding junior engineers
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of engineers in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
Review and approve code changes, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
