About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Source, develop and manage candidate relationships within chosen competency; qualify candidate suitability for current or future vacancies/clients, through questioning and referencing, following best practices
2. Actively develop knowledge of assigned niche market to enable you to generate business and business pipeline through candidate calling, networking and lead generation
3. Get engaged in other social media activities and other marketing campaigns to attract talent to your line of business
4. Work on designing search plans, mapping, and headhunting
Qualifications & Experience
1. Engineering graduate, master's degree/MBA (HR) will be preferred
2. Prior sales experience or passionate about networking with people & awareness of IT/Technology skills
3. Fluency in English language, MS Office, and IInternet skills
4. We prefer candidates with a passion towards IT/Technology and have awareness/knowledge of technical skills
