About the job
Key responsibilities :

1. Identify and determine a new market for the company
2. Identify and develop new streams for revenue growth and maintenance relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business
3. Drive sales initiatives and achieve desired targets with overall responsibility of ROI and exploring marketing avenues to build consumer preference & drive volumes
4. Build and maintain healthy business relations with major accounts including corporate clients, industrial clients, etc.
5. Build an accurate and effective database of current and potential clients
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on competition performance, sales & marketing strategy, etc.
7. Develop a comprehensive market mix guideline and ensure sales as per those targets
8. Identify key customer needs through formal research, survey, sales calls & meetings
9. Work on fieldwork and client meetings
10. Work on the sales of the products in the assigned market

Who can apply:

1. Minimum 0-1 years hard core, field sales experience in engineering equipment
2. Good geographical knowledge, particularly in highly industrialized locations with good rapport with prospective end users
3. Should be able to interact effectively with end users, fluent in English, local language
4. Experience in commercial negotiations & handling direct end users
5. Candidates from B. Tech mechanical engineering/automobile engineering/electronics engineering preferred
