Technical Support Engineer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
2. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
3. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
4. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
5. Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
6. Prepare accurate and timely reports
7. Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
8. Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity

Skills & Requirements:

1. Proven working experience in technical support, IT support, or as a technical engineer with a strong background in Windows platform, PC, laptop hardware, HW, and Windows experience in gaming platforms a plus
2. Strong aptitude for learning new technologies, and technical concepts quickly and understanding how to utilize them in a customer-facing environment
3. Excellent client-facing skills
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Note: Work from home option can be considered but the candidate must be located in Bangalore (night shift).
