Technical Support Engineer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to customers
2. Resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
3. Monitor and troubleshoot system and network performance, as well as provide technical advice and assistance
4. Interact with customers to identify and resolve technical issues
5. Document customer interactions and resolutions in support tickets
6. Determine the severity of the customer s problem and escalate issues to level 2 and level 3 support personnel as needed

Requirements:

1. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
2. Must have a good understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
3. Knowledge of various operating systems and troubleshooting tools is also important
4. Qualification: BE/ B.Tech
