Technical Support Engineer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Field and remote desk support to end users and partners including installation training
2. Install, test, maintain, and repair the systems sold by the company
3. Provide support to end customers and partners for calls assigned over the remote desk
4. Organize and provide training to partners
5. Create network design and architecture after getting requirements and discussing with the client s understanding of the products of networking
6. Conduct POCs, and demonstrates the network infrastructure design clarity in scopes of work and services ensure to working closely with the service delivery team to cost analysis
7. Design appropriate solutions in line with the client's requirements

Requirements:

1. Regular certification of different in-house courses is a must
2. Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the designated field of operations
3. Require good knowledge of routing & switching, wireless, and LAN
4. Ability to interact with OEMs in working out a technical solution and validating the BOQ, Services SOW, etc as required in the opportunity/ business
5. Ability to discuss and pitch technical solutions with clients as per the business needs
6. Ability to prepare proposals and make technically accurate responses to RFPs (functional and technical)
7. Electronics and telecommunication engineering graduates or diploma holders
