Technical Support Engineer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate proven work experience as a technical support engineer, desktop support engineer, IT help desk technician, or similar role
2. Set up, install, and configure mobile applications on district staff's mobile devices while assigning the respective user roles
3. Perform root cause analysis to identify the underlying issues and report them to the manager
4. Monitor, provide handholding, and train beat and supervisory staff as required
5. Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for district clients
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with mobile application software and communicate updates to customers
7. Monitor and track systems and software, identifying and resolving user role issues and assigning the appropriate roles
8. Respond to inquiries, answer district staff questions, and resolve technical issues related to existing software services
9. Prepare and maintain documentation for all issues and implemented solutions, including creating knowledge base PPTs for application solutions to assist beat staff with valuable resolutions
