Key responsibilities:

1. Provide technical & functional support to new as well as existing customers
2. Execute all new software implementations as per the requirement of our organization
3. Prepare documentation of the requirements of clients after doing the system study
4. Execute installation of Tally and ERP9 software, and provide hands-on training to the customer
