Key responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot and provide technical support to clients via email, chat, and telephone using Zoho Desk
2. Coordinate with data center/partner/principal for resolution of technical issues
3. Use, create and update online knowledge-base articles for effective technical support to clients
4. Acquire certification in competencies as per management instructions

B.Tech (computer science) for providing managed support services to our customers

Graduate (B.Sc IT/BCA/B.E/B.Tech preferred) with minimum 60% marks in all standards (10th, 12th & graduation) with excellent written & spoken communication skills

0-2 years experience working in a reputed data center/hosting/BPO/CRM/ERP/IT company in India

People's person, team player, multi-tasking, creative in thinking/conceptualizing, confident, and career-oriented

Should take interest in learning about products and technologies

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 25,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
