1. Providing technical support for all our solutions such as G Suite, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365/Azure, web-email hosting (cPanel & Plesk Control Panels), domain name registrations, ThinkEmailer.com, Cloud & VPS hosting, etc.
2. Handling deployment, setup, and training of our customers on our solutions
3. Supporting office systems & operations
4. Resolving customer technical issues
Requirements:
1. Hardware & networking knowledge will be preferred
2. Knowledge of web hosting and DNS management will be an advantage
3. Ability to work independently
4. Ability to respond to customers in English via the Think Support Ticket system
5. Ability to handle support requests from clients by phone and email
6. Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
7. Attention to detail
8. Able to interact with clients and get their updates done
9. A motivated self-starter and like working on fast-paced projects
