4. Possess a solid understanding of the software systems utilized by Urbot
5. Stay updated with the latest features and functionalities to provide accurate and up-to-date support
6. Conduct research and testing to identify software-related improvements and report findings to the development team
7. Utilize Excel and spreadsheets to analyze and organize data, generate reports, and provide insights
8. Assist manufacturers in managing and utilizing data effectively through spreadsheet tools
