Key responsibilities include working on soldering and assembly.
Required:
1. Proficiency in SMD soldering and assembly
2. Familiar with SMD components identification
3. Hardware prototype testing and product-level validation
4. Wiring harness and test jigs creation
5. Experience in preparing assembly documents, wiring diagrams, and BOM creation
6. Experienced in diagnosing and repairing upto component-level electronic circuit board assemblies
7. Experienced in performing RCA and PCB level QC
8. Knowledge of stencil creation for production
9. Motivating with good analytical and logical skills
10. Work under critical situations and pressure
11. Ability to learn new things
12. Candidates having completed ITI preferred
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 10%
