Tele Sales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
2. Possess in-depth knowledge of all the company products
3. Maintain long-term relations with the customer
4. Execute the strategies designed by the management for effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
5. Generate appointments through cold call field visits
6. Close orders of the leads given by the company
7. Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly and submit as per prescribed timelines
8. Carry out intensive field visits and interact with the respective/decision-making person in the company
9. Collect leads/references from the existing clients
10. Ensure satisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns in a timely manner
