About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Handle issues & queries from the customers
2. Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
3. Take ownership of queries and proactively follow through to resolution
4. Maintain knowledge of all existing and upcoming products of the company
5. Handle inbound/outbound calls
6. Adhere to targets given by the management

Candidate Description

1. Candidate with excellent English/Tamil communication skills
2. Additional language communication is a plus (Hindi/Telugu/Malayalam)
3. Strong customer service background and positive attitude
4. Minimum of 6 months of continuous BPO experience is mandatory
5. Highly self-motivated, willing to learn, and quick adaptation to new processes within a lesser time frame
6. Good understanding of the current market position of the product to which the customer support service is provided
7. Experience in process training is a definite plus
8. Experience in handling a team is desirable
9. Experience in using any latest CRM software and technical support of the CRM will be a huge plus

MS-Excel Tamil Proficiency (Spoken)

Annual CTC: 2 - 2.1 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
