Anteelo Design Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate telecaller who is proficient in both English (spoken and written).
Key responsibilities:
1. Making outbound calls to potential and existing clients in order to generate interest and answer questions
2. Handling incoming calls from potential and existing customers and responding to their queries
3. Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
4. Recording customer information and keeping detailed records of all conversations
5. Meeting personal/team sales targets and calls handling quotas
6. Updating customer information on the company s internal system
7. Developing a strong customer base and providing customer service excellence
Note: You should possess excellent customer service skills and be able to handle difficult customer queries and solve customer issues in a satisfactory manner. If you are an energetic individual with a passion for customer service, we would love to have you on board.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 14%
3. Other incentives: 6%
