Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details
2. Consulting and calling fresh clients on their inquiries
3. Helping them with Canada or Hong Kong immigration process
4. Clearing all the doubts
5. Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of company services
6. Taking proper follow-up on time from the calls made on a daily basis
7. Convincing clients by explaining the company services and charges including benefits of our services to take the same
8. Converting the lead into a potential client with powerful communication skills
9. Communicating with clients and understanding their immigration requirements

Requirements:

1. Female candidates with bachelors degree (preferred)
2. Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field experience in sales
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Good time management and organizational skills
5. Ability to handle stressful situations
6. A commitment to excellent customer service
7. Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
8. Strong organizational skills
9. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
10. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
11. Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
