About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers or existing clients to promote our products or services
2. Handle inbound calls from customers, address their queries, and provide accurate information about our services
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
4. Understand customers' needs and tailor product or service recommendations accordingly
5. Achieve and exceed individual and team targets, contributing to the company's sales and revenue objectives
6. Document all customer interactions, update customer profiles, and accurately record sales or service details in the database
7. Follow up on leads, referrals, and other opportunities generated through various marketing channels

Who can apply:

1. Proven experience as a tele caller or in customer service in the finance department
2. Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively
3. Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
4. Exceptional persuasive and negotiation abilities to promote products or services and close sales
5. Good organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation
