Telecaller Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associate's schedules
2. Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
3. Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory
4. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests
5. Generate sales leads per day
6. Explain the products and services to clients and generate meetings and showroom visits from cold calling
7. Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
8. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

1. Location: 328, First Floor Patparganj Industrial Area New Delhi 110091 (India), Near Hyundai Showroom
2. Timing: 10 am to 7 pm (6 days working Wednesday would be fixed weekly off)
