Key responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate effective listening skills to gauge customer requirements
2. Maintain clients' database with updated status
3. Perform basic research and generate leads for sales
4. Telecall potential international clients with a sales-oriented approach
5. Inform clients about corporate events in detail and get them on board via calls/emails
6. Work on lead generation via cold calling
7. Get sponsors onboard & selling delegate passes

Skills & requirements:

1. Candidate must have an experience of 1-2 years
2. Good communication skills
3. Confident enough to deal with the US/UK clients
4. Ability to work under pressure
5. Problem solving
