Key responsibilities include manning a security helpline (includes only inbound calls i.e. not target based).

1. Able to think on his or her feet
2. Able to tackle stressful incidents and capture information objectively
3. Able to analyze data and daily news
4. Good writing skills preferred
5. Good logical and analytical skills
6. Willing to work flexible shifts and on weekends
7. Fluent in english and hindi, fluency in regional languages like kannada, telugu and tamil too is desirable
8. Good quality voice, work experience in a voice process from a BPO sector is preferred
9. Able to tackle the calls related to the emergency response helpline
