Key responsibilities:

1. Contacting prospecting customers with the help of given data and explaining them our services
2. Working on B2B calling and customer support
3. Meeting daily targets & building good relation with customers
4. Maintaining database of customers and leads
5. Coordinating with senior and reporting about the targets
6. Resolving client queries & issues
