Key responsibilities:

1. Conducting regress customer follow-ups
2. Recovering dues of overdue members as per given targets
3. Sorting out payment plans
4. Recording payments that are made
5. Chasing debtors and late payments

Requirements:

1. Possess good written and oral communication
2. Possess initiative and the ability to work under pressure
3. Must be open for aggressive telephony follow-up with the customer for payment follow up
