Key responsibilities:

1. Calling clients
2. Maintaining track of the incoming inquiries and responses to the same
3. Connecting the calls to the required department and concerned person to further address the query
4. Maintaining and updating complete data of the same
5. Handling incoming calls and solving queries
6. Traveling daily to Koparkhairane

Probation:

3. Other incentives: 5%
