About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing details to customers
2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by establishing rapport, understanding their needs, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
3. Follow call scripts and sales processes while adapting to customer responses and objections to achieve sales targets
4. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs and preferences
5. Input and update customer information accurately in the CRM system, including call logs, interactions, and sales data
6. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up actions and ensure timely and effective customer engagement
7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
8. Meet individual and team targets for call volume, sales conversion, and customer satisfaction
9. Continuously improve personal and professional skills through training and development programs to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; preference for a degree in business administration or a related field

Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles, advantageous

Excellent verbal communication skills, engaging customers, and building rapport over the phone

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to convert leads into sales

Exceptional customer service skills, prioritizing customer satisfaction

Independent work capability, effective time management, and meeting sales targets

Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in computer systems

Positive attitude, resilience, and professionalism in handling rejection

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Adaptability to changing sales strategies and product offerings
