2. Responding to customer queries
3. Keeping records of telecalling activities
4. Maintaining customer relationships

Required:

1. Wanting to become a part of a forward-thinking and innovative telecalling team
2. Talented and experienced Telecaller with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
3. You should have strong proficiency in English (both spoken and written) and Hindi (spoken)
4. Knowledge of MS Excel is an added advantage
