Telecaller Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents for course inquiries
2. Provide detailed information about the programs, course structure, and admission process
3. Counsel and guide students and parents about the available programs based on their interests and requirements
4. Follow up with leads to convert them into enrolled students
5. Maintain a database of all interactions, leads, and follow-up actions
6. Handle objections and resolve queries to ensure successful enrollment
7. Schedule and coordinate counseling sessions or visits for potential students
8. Achieve monthly enrollment targets
9. Ensure all communication with students and parents is clear, accurate, and timely
10. Collaborate with the marketing team for lead-generation campaigns

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage students and parents effectively
3. Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude
4. Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or education counseling is preferred
5. Knowledge of educational programs and the admission process is a plus
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
7. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
8. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
