Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls or handle inbound calls to potential customers, clients, or leads
2. Identify and generate new leads, qualifying them for sales opportunities
3. Explain the company's products, services, or offers to clients and encourage them to make a purchase or take a specific action
4. Address customer queries, concerns, and issues over the phone, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
5. Record accurate customer details, interactions, and feedback in CRM software or other systems
6. Regularly follow up with potential or existing customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business
7. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas through effective communication and persuasion
8. Use prepared scripts to present information and respond to customer questions
9. Overcome customer objections and turn negative responses into potential sales or positive interactions
