Hiring: Inside Sales Executive ERP Software

Company: OneSpider Technologies LLP
Location: Lower Parel East, Mumbai (10 min walking from station)
Working Hours: Mon-Sat | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Education: 12th pass or higher
Experience: Minimum 1 year in telecalling or sales

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and emails
* Present ERP software features (accounting, billing, GST) to potential clients
* Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations
* Follow up with prospects post demo to facilitate sales closures
* Maintain and update lead database accurately using CRM tools
* Collect client feedback and prepare basic activity reports

Must-Have Skills:

* Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
* Proven telecalling or inside sales experience
* Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications:

* Background in accounting, billing, GST compliance, or MSME-focused software
* Experience with remote access or demo tools (AnyDesk/TeamViewer)
