About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound telephonic calls to prospective leads generated through various sources and counsel them for admissions
2. Handle queries from candidates interested in courses and provide detailed program information
3. Convince students to enroll and generate walk-ins for courses
4. Provide support to other departments at the centers as needed
5. Perform any additional tasks or activities assigned by the HOD/Management
6. Assist Senior Counsellor in converting walk-ins into admissions

English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Office

Learn Digital Marketing

Learn Business Analytics
