Telecaller/Operation Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handling the phones and emails
2. Working on telecalling (follow-up)
3. Working on data entry
4. Resolving queries of the customers
5. Working to collect desired information from the customers and maintain healthy relations with them

Who can apply:

1. Any graduate degree
2. Must have good communication and convincing skills
3. Must have some basic understanding of Excel
4. Customer support experience is preferred
5. Should be computer savvy (MS office)
