About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Contacting visitors/delegation team via email or call for inviting them to visit the exhibition
2. Calling all the VIP database to personally invite them to visit our exhibition
3. Working on getting registration of delegates for attending conferences & technical events
4. Providing support, information, and materials to the visitor's query
5. Working on preparing, managing & updating the visitor registration list on a regular basis
