Key responsibilities:

1. Calling and identifying potential customers from allocated campaigns
2. Convincing prospects about products
3. Working and churning leads for better productivity
4. Ensuring timely callbacks and follow-ups for closure of sales
5. Working on ensuring correct information is provided to the customer on calls
6. Working in adherence with the company-established policy obligations
7. Connecting with customers for clearing documents, journey completion, etc.
8. Ensuring 80% login for issuance
9. Maintaining awareness of transactions and sales and m maintaining relative records
