About the job
We are looking for well-spoken telesales executives to be responsible for soliciting sales over the phone. The telesales executive's responsibilities include contacting potential customers, reading from a prescribed script, focusing on generating leads and transfer to floor managers, and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions. The idea is to generate a qualified lead through telesales and telecalling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone
2. Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going
3. Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales
4. Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products
5. Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products
6. Answering customers' questions about the products
7. Meeting sales quotas
