Telesales Executive- Operations Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Creating credit appraisal memos, by using various analysis tools namely, ratio analysis, banking analysis, SOA preparation, etc.
2. Preparing MIS reports which will help the management to access the performance of the company in the current financial year, and helps in faster decision making
3. Verifying all the login file documents of the customers
4. Conducting the internal deduplication check in order to verify the accuracy of the data
5. Scrutinizing the CIBIL reports of the customers helps to understand the creditworthiness of the customer and make appropriate decisions
6. Auditing the client documents internally using branch files
7. Interacting directly with the customer, identifying their perspectives about the company and resolving those perspectives, and conveying them the right information, in order to reduce the conflict between the company and the customers
8. Conducting various pieces of training activities for the employees, helps them to upskill their skills and knowledge
9. Coordinating with other departments for the daily movement of a file
