About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Meet prospective clients, execute effective product demonstrations, emphasize product features and benefits with a focus on the value of the solution
2. Meet with committee members of apartments and societies to understand the scope of business and their expectations
3. Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest in sales opportunities
4. On-board new apartments on the NoBrokerHood platform - will be a major KRA for a BD
5. Research potential leads from the open market, web searches, or digital resources

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1-5 years of proven sales track record and ability to meet targets
2. Should have an interest in business development (B2C/ B2B) for software application products/solutions
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Should be proficient in English and Hindi language, regional language will be a plus
5. DL is mandatory, should know to ride and should have 2-wheeler
6. Should be comfortable working on weekends, with a week off between Monday - Thursday
7. Effective presentation and negotiation skills
8. Hands-on MS Office Excel, Word, PPT, etc.
9. Driving license and two-wheeler is a mandate
10. Should be proficient in English, Hindi, and regional language
