About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Meet prospective clients, and execute effective product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with a focus on the value of the solution
2. Meet with committee members of apartments and societies to understand the scope of business and their expectations
3. Assist with prospecting, educating, qualifying and generating interest in sales opportunities
4. Work on onboarding new apartments on the NoBrokerHood platform (will be a major KRA for BD)
5. Assist with researching potential leads from the open market, web searches, or digital resources
Skill(s) required
Sales and Marketing
Earn certifications in these skills
Who can apply

1. Sales track record and ability to meet targets

2. Should have interest in business development (B2C/B2B) for software application products/solutions

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Should be proficient in hindi and english language, knowing the regional language will be a plus

5. Should be comfortable working on weekends (saturday & sunday compulsory working), with a week off between monday- thursday

6. Effective presentation and negotiation skills

7. Hands-on in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)


Annual CTC: 4 - 5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
